At Nataobica, we take great pride in our pastry, which is a huge differentiator from our competitors. We use only the finest quality ingredients to make a proper tart. We want you to experience the best crispness with our unique dough and cream.

GOOD CREAM MAKES PEOPLE SMILE

Most egg tart creams are made with whipped cream. This is because it's hard to get the right consistency of the cream without it, and it makes it easier to taste. While there is nothing wrong with using whipped cream, Nataobica does not use whipped cream and uses whole milk in its unique recipe. We hope you'll enjoy the rich flavor.

Customizable ingredients, no preservatives

The ingredients used in NATA O BICA are of the highest quality, from flour to milk, egg yolk, lemon, cheese, chocolate, and more. It's hard to get good flavor when you compromise on ingredients. We don't compromise on cheap ingredients - our milk, egg yolk, cheese, and chocolate alone are tested hundreds of times to ensure that we deliver the best flavor and quality to our customers. We don't use any preservatives.

Ready To Bake

Deliveries that just need to be baked without thawing/fermentation

•Condition: Frozen (-18°C or below) 

•Shape: Doughnut shape with cream filling 

•Shelf life: 6 months 

•Convection oven required: Home X Commercial O

 •Thawing/fermentation: not required. Goes straight into the oven 

•Non-bakers: bake with training
